This is an Excell Consulting development in association with some of New Zealand’s leading architects and building contractors.
The vision was to create alpine homes on an elevated, north-facing site, designed to make the most of lake and mountain views, sun and privacy. Clean, modern lines are paired with natural textures such as schist stone and timber-look cladding, and open-plan living flows out to generous decks. The homes are low maintenance and easy to lock up and leave.
Excell Consulting Limited are an established property development company based in Auckland. They have successfully funded and completed over 10 similar projects, including Queenstown Hill Villas & 7 Salmond Pl, Queenstown.
The architect is Four Walls Architecture, who are a boutique, award-winning practice based in New Zealand that prides itself on concise, clear, calm and beautifully crafted architecture both inside and out.
The builder is Dent Construction, who are a Qualified Carpenter, Licensed Building Practitioner, and Registered Master Builder with over twenty years of industry experience.
